Fleur du Mal

We're so pleased to announce the addition of a new member to the Lille family: Fleur du Mal, a brand new line by Jennifer Zuccarini, the NYC-based Toronto native who co-founded the Kiki de Montparnasse label. Inspired by the work of one of my favorite poets, Charles Baudelaire, this high-end luxury line uses fine fibers and fashion-forward designs with a dark and kinky twist--apropos, given the name. The exciting Fall '13 collection toes the line between ready-to-wear and lingerie, offering up leather skirts and jumpsuits alongside bralettes and bustiers, all of which integrate well into the typical Lille girl's wardrobe, which usually includes at least a few peek-a-boo bra tops. Jennifer is breaking New York custom by presenting her collections when they are ready to ship, much like Portland designers, rather than 6 months in advance, like most of the fashion world. Everything has a distinctly Parisian feel, from the striped knit bustier and high-waist panties with their nautical flair to the soft ballet scoop on the back of the Dahlia bra, made of French cotton tulle. We think you'll love this collection as much as we do, and it's sure to be popular this holiday season with its undeniable sex appeal, so stop by soon to check it out! Quantities are limited, and styles will sell out fast.
