I have a new Gatsby Gown in the store - good timing too! I'm pleased to report that the last one sold over Valentine's weekend. The Gatsby Peach has a sort of Blanche DuBois air about it - a touch of the antiquated southern belle, but perhaps a bit more fresh and youthful. The cotton/silk material has such a lovely weight to it - heavier than silk chiffon, but softer than linen. It's the perfect summer gown for sitting on the porch, sipping lemonade on a hot night. I used hand-dyed vintage lace on the bodice and at the waist, with pleats at the sides to accommodate a variety of hip sizes (fits about a 0-4.) A few more photos...
