Lille Has a New Look!

Since closing our brick and mortar for good, we’ve been hard at work crafting an online experience that could capture the magic of shopping in-store with Lille. Here’s a closer look at all the new bells and whistles!

The decision to permanently close our physical store wasn’t something we took lightly. Many sleepless nights were spent weighing the odds of reopening safely with the impact that all small businesses have been feeling during this incredibly difficult time. We were lucky enough to be in a position to transition to an online-only format and as the days went by with no end to the Covid-19 crisis in sight, we decided that was an opportunity we had to take.

The process of recreating the intimate, empowering, and downright fun experience that our brick and mortar was known for has been difficult with this new medium but we’ve taken your feedback and worked tirelessly to build a site that we’re pretty gosh darn proud of. So allow us to take you on a tour of our new and improved site. Think of it as Lille Boutique 2.0!

Updated Homepage

We’ve broken our homepage into collections based on style and product type. We wanted our online store to mimic the curated color stories and thoughtful, considered displays of our brick and mortar. This caters to whatever type of shopping mood you’re in, whether it be casual browsing, product-specific searching or somewhere in between.

Expanded Search Features

Searching for the perfect thing has never been easier with our new responsive search bar. Start typing what you’re looking for and watch product matches and search suggestions appear!

We’ve also updated our search filters, allowing you to browse by size (remember digging through your size bin in our store?), color, style, brand and price. You can even select multiple options which allows for you to easily search for sister sizes!

Virtual Assistance and Live Chat

The thing we miss most about our physical store is the social element—talking about lingerie and life is kind of our jam! To combat the loneliness that we’re all feeling right now, we added a virtual assistance feature to the site so if you’re feeling a little lost or even overwhelmed by all the beautiful things, you can reach out and chat to a Lille gal just like you would in-store.

One thing to keep in mind with our chat feature is that we’re only available Monday through Saturday from 10am–4pm. As much as we’d love to chat lingerie all day every day, we’re still a very small team running the show behind the scenes!

Brand-Specific Size Charts

We know buying lingerie online can be tricky. Not all brands run true to size and S/M/L sizing can sometimes feel vague. We’ve added sizing charts from the brand (where applicable) to each product so you can buy with confidence. Still feeling a little worried about sizing or fit? Live chat us!
